Automatic Gauge Block Comparator
High-precision fully automatic gauge block comparator uses a combination of absolute measurement and comparison measurement to test gauge blocks. The instrument uses a German HEIDENHAIN wide-range measurement sensor, and absolute measurement can be used within any 25mm in the entire range. The entire measurement process of the instrument is automated. The gauge block is grabbed by a robotic arm, and the center deviation and length variation of the gauge block can be measured without manual intervention. It greatly improves the measurement efficiency and reduces the time for manual inspection. The comparison measurement can achieve an accuracy of 0.03um and a repeatability of 0.02um. The measurement method is simple, and the test software interface is clear and easy to operate. After the test, a calibration report can be automatically generated to meet customers' needs for large-scale gauge block inspection.
