High Precision Gauge Block Comparator

The GCK gauge block comparator combines absolute measurement and comparative measurement to inspect gauge blocks. The instrument utilizes a German HEIDENHAIN wide-range measuring sensor, which allows for absolute measurement within any 25mm range throughout the entire range, and comparative measurement within 150mm. Only six reference gauge blocks are required to cover all the measured gauge blocks, effectively saving inspection time. During comparative measurement, it achieves a repeatability of 0.02μm. The simplicity of the design allows for the operation of reference and measuring gauge blocks on the measuring table with one hand, making the measurement process very straightforward. Additionally, the open design enables full observation of the entire verification process of gauge blocks, ensuring the reliability of measurement results. Professional verification software meets user measurement needs, including gauge block inspection, calibration institutions, and manufacturers, and can automatically determine the grade of gauge blocks and generate reports.

    Input of reference gauge block and measured gauge block information: after entering the number, grade and nominal length of the measured gauge block, its length variation, uncertainty, limit deviations and other information will be displayed according to the verification regulation.

    After adding the reference standard and measured gauge block information, enter the measurement interface to make a selection. Once the selection is completed, the measurement begins: 8 points need to be tested, and the interface shown on the left will pop up for gauge block testing. When the small black dot moves to the designated gauge block, the probe must be manually moved to the designated position for measurement.

    Ground ribbed worktable with hard-chromium-plated and ground surface. The smooth surface effectively protects gauge block surfaces from wear. Gauge blocks can be placed on it for temperature stabilization, ensuring minimal temperature difference between the gauge block and the worktable. The worktable has high hardness, ensuring long service life.

    High-Efficiency 25mm Absolute Measuring Range

    The German HEIDENHAIN sensor enables direct measurement of gauge blocks up to 25mm. For gauge blocks below 10mm, one reference gauge block as the standard is sufficient — saving time! The measuring force is adjustable at 0.85N/1N/1.45N, with motor-controlled movement.
