High Precision Gauge Block Comparator

GCK high-precision gauge block comparator uses a combination of absolute measurement and comparison measurement to detect gauge blocks. The instrument uses a German HEIDENHAIN wide-range measurement sensor, and can use absolute measurement within any 25mm range within the entire range. Only 6 reference gauge blocks are needed for comparison measurement within 150mm to cover all the gauge blocks of the measured size, which effectively saves detection time. When comparing measurements, it can achieve a repeatability of 0.03 microns. Since it is so simple that the reference gauge block and the measuring gauge block can be operated on the measuring table with one hand, the measurement work is very simple, and the open design allows the entire calibration process of the gauge block to be observed throughout the process to ensure the reliability of the measurement results. The professional calibration software can meet the measurement needs of users, including gauge block detection, calibration agencies and manufacturers, and can automatically determine the grade of the gauge block and generate reports.

    The workbench with grinding ribs is ground after hard chrome plating. The smooth surface effectively protects the surface of the gauge block from wear. The gauge block can be placed at a constant temperature to ensure that the temperature difference between the gauge block and the workbench is kept to a minimum.     Highly efficient 25mm absolute measurement range

    German HEIDENHAIN sensor can realize direct measurement of gauge blocks below 25mm. For gauge blocks below 10mm, a standard gauge block can be used as a standard part, saving time! The measuring force can be adjusted to 1N/1.25N/1.75N, and the motor controls the movement.

    Patented gauge block quick-moving device

    The three-way moving device of the gauge block can ensure the fast and accurate movement of the measuring points of the standard block and the measured block!

    Input the standard gauge block information. After saving, the standard gauge block information will be displayed in the original record. After entering the information, save it and then enter the standard gauge block traceability value; the standard instrument information entry includes certificate number, standard gauge block number, standard gauge block manufacturer and other information.

    The traceability value of the standard gauge block is input. When the substitute gauge block is tested, the standard value is automatically displayed for value transfer; the first column is the indication of the standard gauge block, and the second column is the deviation value of the standard gauge block.

    After the standard device information is input and saved, the information of the measured block is newly created and then tested. The detection method can be selected as "center point measurement only" and "length change detection". If only the center point data is detected and only 4 data points are detected, the software will pop up the left image interface to detect the gauge block. When the small round black dot moves to the specified gauge block, the probe needs to be manually moved to the specified position for detection.

    After the standard device information is input and saved, the information of the measured block is created and then tested. You can choose to measure only the center point and the length change. If the length change is detected, there will be 8 points that need to be tested. The left picture interface will pop up to test the gauge block. When the small round black dot moves to the specified gauge block, the probe needs to be manually moved to the specified position for testing.
